Ingredients

Minced
2carrot
medium sized, cut into cubes
1green bell pepper
cut into cubes
1Yellow bell pepper
cut into cubes
1red bell pepper
cut into cubes
2yellow onions
chopped
1 ½ cupsflour
4 pcsEggs
salt

Spring Roll wrapper
vegetable oil
for deep frying

Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2
Comvine all the ingredients together in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
Step 3
Separate the wrapper carefully one by one. Cover the separated wrappers in between a clean, damp kitchen or paper towel. (to prevent them from drying out)
Step 4
In a small bowl, mix together 1 tbsp of flour and 1/4 cups of water, this will later be use to seal the wrapper.
Step 5
Assemble the spring roll.
Step 6
Heat oil in a deep fryer/ deep pan over medium heat. (The oil must be high enough to cover the spring roll)
Step 7
Make sure the oil is hot before adding the spring roll. Deep fry for 5-7 minutes or until it turns golden brown.
Step 8
Drain oil from the spring roll with a papet towel.
Step 9
Finally, it's ready to be served!
