Instructions

Step 1
Heat oven to 350, grease 9x13 baking pan. In large bowl blend all crust ingredients until crumbly. Press half of crumbs into pan. (reserve remaining for topping) Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Sprinkle with chocolate chips & nuts. Blend Carmel topping & 3 Tbsp flour, drizzle over chocolate chips & nuts. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Continue baking for 18-22 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
