Instructions

Step 1
Boil Kettle, chop the mushrooms and saute in pan.
Step 2
Add seasoning mix into cup (or ingredients of the sauce, except paste) with boiling water.
Step 3
Put chilli beans, chickpeas and lentils into the pan.
Step 4
Pour the seasoning cup into the pan and mix well. Add in paste or salsa. Season with chilli flakes, cayenne pepper and oregano. Stir occasionally
Step 5
Turn on Oven and bake Taco shells
Step 6
Wash the lettuce and cut the tomatoes
