Instructions
Step 1
Drain the garbanzo beans and add them to a medium sized mixing bowl.

Mash lightly with a potato masher or a fork

Add onions, celery and pickles
Step 4
Add tahini, mustard, lemon juice, date paste, pepper and dill and mix together add water if needed.
