Step 1
Finely chop your greens for the base of the salad.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix in the hummus and mustard.
Step 3
Using a lemon squeezer, juice the two lemons and add to the bowl.
Step 4
Chop the capers finely and add a little bit of the juice.
Step 5
Mince 2 cloves of garlic and place into the bowl, or more (we measure garlic with our heart around here)!
Step 6
Add in the salt, nutritional yeast and olive oil. Whisk until fully combined.
Step 7
Dress your salad, or put it in a mason jar until you are ready to serve it!
