Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F; position rack in center.

Step 1
Lightly spray loaf Pan with cooking spray; line with parchment paper, leaving 2” overhang on the pan’s two long sides. Spray parchment, as well.
Step 2
Melt chocolate, butter, & cocoa powder over double boiler.
Step 3
Whisk together sugars, eggs, & vanilla just to moisten ingredients! (Just mix until flour has disappeared into batter.)
Step 4
Pour batter into your prepared pan using rubber spatula to scrape every last bit of it in. Use spatula to spread batter evenly across pan. Now, garnish with chocolate chips—you can use as little or as much as you want here!
