OvenPreheat
Step 2
Take 150 grams of chocolate and break it in pieces. Melt it au bain marie together with the butter. To melt it au bain marie put a bowl that can handle heat (or deep plate) or another pot on top of a pot with boiling water. Make sure it boils but not too much. Put the stove on medium to do so. Not in the microwave please🥲
dark chocolate200 grams
unsalted butter150 grams
Step 3
Remove the chocolate of the heat and add the sugars. & coconut if you would like to
brown sugar125 grams
white sugar125 grams
vanilla sugar10 grams
Step 4
In a different bowl mix the dry ingredients. I mix it with a fork.
flour150 grams
baking powder15 grams
salt½ teaspoon
Step 5
Combine the chocolate sugar mixture with the dry ingredients
Step 6
Add the eggs one by one preferably while mixing at the same time. If you can’t break eggs with one hand break them beforehand and at a little bit while whisking (with a fork or whisk). Make sure you mix it well but do not overwhisk. Tip: once the egg is in the more you whisk the more cake like the brownie becomes!
Step 7
If you want you can add ~ 50 grams (or more, it’s whatever you want) of chocolate chips. If you don’t have chocolate chips or want a different flavor you can grate or break a chocolate bar into small pieces!
Step 8
Put some butter & flour in the oven dish & add parchment paper. Add the mixture and tap it on the counter so that it is evenly distributed. Add a few more chocolate chips. Put it in the middle of the oven for ~25 minutes. Make sure the middle no longer blubbers. If you put a fork in it should still come out a bit wet.
Step 9
Let it cool in the oven tray for another 15-20 minutes. Afterwards you let it cool outside of the oven tray. When it’s fully cooled down cut it into pieces and enjoy!
