Step 1
Combine orange juice, orange zest, soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and salt in a bowl and mix well. Set aside. Then mix cornstarch and water in a separate bowl. Set aside.
Step 2
Heat oil in a sauce pan and then add grated garlic and ginger and let it simmer for a few seconds. Then stir in the sauce mixture and cook over medium to high heat. Add cornstarch and water mix to the pan and let the sauce simmer until the sauce has thickened.
Chicken Breasts

Make batter for chicken by adding flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, chili flakes, salt, and water in a medium bowl, and mix well until smooth.

Cut bite-sized pieces of chicken breast and add them to the wet batter.

Mix them thoroughly with a spoon to ensure the chicken marinates well.
Step 6
Once the chicken is marinated, fry the chicken in oil on medium heat for 5-6 minutes or until it turns golden brown and crispy.
Step 7
Toss fried chicken to the pan containing the orange sauce ensuring the chicken bites are entirely coated in the sauce. Enjoy!
