Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C/ 400°F/ Gas mark 6.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan. Soften the onion and brown the mince in the oil. Add the tomato ketchup and dash Worcestershire sauce and stir. Add just enough water to keep the mixture loose. Bring to boil and allow to simmer. Adjust seasoning. Quorn mix may need more flavour added e.g. herbs, pepper or tomato puree
Step 3
Meanwhile, chop the potato into 1' cubes and boil until soft. Drain, add margarine and milk and mash. Add seasoning if needed.
Step 4
Put mince mixture in base of oven-proof dish. Arrange mash on top. Dot mash with margarine. Place in oven and cook until top is brown and crispy - 30-40 minutes.
Step 5
Meanwhile cook the other vegetables.
Step 6
Serve cottage pie with veg.
