A creamy addition to steak, chicken or seafood. If you like the slight bite of Bleu cheese you'll enjoy the gorgonzola. If you prefer Italian flavors that's the way to go.

Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter and add garlic cooking until fragrant on medium low heat. Be careful not to burn the butter.
Step 2
Add heavy cream and heat until boiling
Step 3
Add gorgonzola OR Asiago Cheese and whisk until melted.
Step 4
Simmer until reduced to desired consistency, typically about 5 minutes.
