Instructions

Step 1
Mince the Chicken breast and mix with the wine and salt
Step 2
Add the egg whites and mix well
Step 3
Put the chicken stock into a saucepan and bring to the boil.
Step 4
Add the chicken and simmer for 5 minutes
Step 5
Add in the soy sauce and sweetcorn along with the cornflour paste
Step 6
Bring to the boil and stir until thickened, then serve
