Instructions
Step 1
Add 6 cups of water over high heat then add all the ingredients except for the salt.
Step 2
Reduce heat to low when soup starts to boil.
Step 3
Cook lentils until soft 45-50mins. Add salt 5 minutes before it's done
Step 4
Serve with red wine vinegar, feta cheese and olives.
