Instructions
Step 1
Lightly salt squash and onions and cook until tender. Drain if necessary. Add butter to hot squash. Pour into buttered or Pam sprayed casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese over casserole. Top with Ritz crumbs. Bake about 30 minutes at 350.
