6 Tbspsoy sauce
1 tspchili paste

¼ cupolive oil

Instructions
Step 1
Make marinade, add sliced mushrooms, massage marinade into mushrooms, and let marinade for at least 30 minutes - the longer the better.
Step 2
Blend Salsa Verde ingredients until smooth.
Step 3
Add mushrooms to hot pan and fry on high heat until all the water is gone and mushrooms are a bit charred.
Step 4
Assemble filling in soft taco shell and top with Salsa Verde.
