Instructions
Step 1
Heat gas or charcoal grill.
Step 2
In 2- or 2.5-quart saucepan, place potatoes and enough water to cover potatoes.
Step 3
Heat to boiling; reduce heat to medium.
Step 4
Cook uncovered 5 to 8 minutes or just until potatoes are tender.
Step 5
Drain potatoes; place in medium bowl.
Step 6
Place potatoes in grill basket (grill "wok").
Step 7
Place beef and potatoes on grill over medium heat.
Step 8
Cover grill; cook 8 to 15 minutes, turning once, until potatoes are golden brown and beef is desired doneness (145°F for medium-rare).
Step 9
Cut beef into thin slices.
Step 10
Divide lettuce, tomatoes and onion among 4 plates, drizzle with dressing.
Step 11
Sprinkle with additional pepper, if desired.
