Instructions

Step 1
Baked/ air fry cubed sweet potatoes for 10mins at 400F
Step 2
Place a non-stick pan on high heat
Step 3
Add chilli garlic sauce, soy sauce and toss/ mix
Step 4
Add chopped onions and broccoli, toss/ mix for 5 mins
Step 5
Add cooked sweet potatoes and toss/ mix for 4 mins
Step 6
Add gochujang sauce with 1/2 cup water and allow to thicken
