Egg Roll Skillet Bowls

Shredded cabbage makes such a good base for a meal, just like rice or noodles would. These bowls are like a deconstructed version of an egg roll, and they're packed with vegetables and feature a flavorful sauce.

1.3 lblean ground meat
turkey

1 tsponion powder

1 tspchili powder

1 tspgarlic powder

½ tspcumin

½ tspground ginger

½ tspblack pepper

½ tspsalt

15glow sodium soy sauce

9ggochujang

Instructions
Step 1

Heat a large wok over medium to medium high heat. Add the cabbage, carrots, a pinch of salt, and a drizzle of olive oil




Step 2

Cover the wok with aluminum foil and cook the vegetables until softened to desired texture
Step 3

Meanwhile, in a large pan or wok, brown the meat with the spices over medium heat. Mix in soy sauce and gochujang at the end










Step 4

Mix together the sauce in a bowl or glass. Optionally add some peanut butter








Step 5
Pour the sauce onto the cooked vegetables. Mix in the meat, and serve

Season to taste with lemon, soy sauce, and salt
Step 7

This can also work as a great filling for dumplings. Lightly wet the edges of the wrapper with water, place a small spoonful on the inside, and seal it shut, crimping the edges. Steam in a pan over medium heat until soft, or air fry at 400F until crispy
