SautΓ© onion & garlic. Add rice, herbs, salt & pepper. Bring to a slow simmer. Allow to simmer for about 10 minutes. Add shredded chicken. Cook for a further 5 minutes. Stir through freshly chopped parsley. Season with more salt & pepper if needed.
