Instructions

Step 1
Put butter and milk in the microwave for two minutes

Mix together in a bowl 2 1/2 cups flour, 2 tablespoons yeast, 2 teaspoons salt, 1/2 cup sugar

Mix flour mixture and milk mixture together
Step 4
Add 1 cup water and 1 egg

Change to dough hook
Step 6
Add 3 1/2 cups flour
Step 7
Cover with a tea towel and let rise for and hour or until double in size
Step 8
Shape dough into buns or loaves
Step 9
Let rise again
Step 10
While it rises for the second time turn on the oven to convection bake
Step 11
Bake hamburger buns for 10-12 minutes. Bake loaves for 18-20 minutes take them out once golden brown
