Ingredients

1 lbground beef 90/10 lean

8 ozcabbage
shredded

20 ozcauliflower florets
steamed

½ tspchili flakes

½ tspsalt

½ tspblack pepper

¾ tspgarlic powder

¾ tsponion powder

14 ozcan diced tomatoes
fire-roasted

½ cupheavy cream

1 cupbeef broth

2 Tbsptomato paste

1 Tbspsoy sauce

¾ tspdijon mustard

½ tsppaprika

½ tspchili powder

½ tspparsley

½ tsporegano

½ tspthyme

½ cupcheddar cheese shredded

0.5 Cupgouda cheese
shredded
Instructions
Step 1
1. In a large skillet brown the ground beef over medium high heat. Then add in the shredded cabbage and tomatoes and sauté for 2 mins.
Step 2
2. Add in the cream, broth, tomato paste, and mustard and mix well. Add in the remaining seasonings and cauliflower florets and toss to ensure everything is equally covered. Bring the liquid to a boil.
Step 3
3. Fold in the cheese and allow to simmer for 2 more mins. OPTIONAL broil for 5 mins on high.
