Challah

Add salt first then flour then rest of the ingredients. Mix 10 minutes on #1 then let rest for 10 minutes. Mix again for 2 minutes on #1. Let rise for an hour. Take challah then braid. Egg and sesame seeds. Put in 170 oven let rise for 30 minutes. Then bake on 400 for 20 minutes and 350 for 20-30 minutes.
