Instructions
Step 1
Prepare eggs as you wish. I would recommend scrambled or fried eggs with avocado oil for this recipe. Warm tortillas. Chop cherry tomatoes and cilantro into your tortillas. Slice avocado in thin slices and place on tortilla.
Step 2
Disperse eggs evenly onto breakfast tacos and top with hot sauce if desired.
