Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350, spray a 9x13 dish.
Step 2
Cook sausage, shred potatoes, shred cheese.
Step 3
Add eggs, milk, salt, and pepper to a big bowl, whisk.
Step 4
Add in sausage, potatoes and cheese, reserving a little less than 1 cup cheese.
Step 5
Bake 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven, add reserved cheese. Bake for 5-7 minutes.
Step 6
Hot sauce and serve!
