Instructions
Step 1
Steam head of cauliflower
Step 2
Add steamed cauliflower and chickpeas to blender/food processor and blend till smooth
Step 3
Transfer to bowl and add 1/3 cups of flour
Step 4
Add desired amount of seasonings of choice (some recommended in recipe) and stir
Step 5
Add to baking tray and add nutritional seasoning/breadcrumbs (optional)
Step 6
Bake at 400*F for 40 minutes (check between)
Step 7
Let cool slightly before eating
