Instructions

Step 1
In large heavy bottom pot with a lid, add oil and mirepoix over medium heat. When onions are translucent, add green bell pepper and garlic and sauté until peppers begin to soften.
Step 2
Move vegetable mixture to one half of the pot and add the ground lamb. Add the Moroccan Seasoning and salt and pepper. Blend the lamb and vegetables together as you brown the meat.
Step 3
Once the meat is browned, add the tomatoes, olives, okra and bone broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes.
Step 4
Add 1/2 cup chopped kale to each bowl ladle soup over and serve.
