Step 1
Prepare TVP as directed. Sauté vegetables and TVP mixture in pan until vegetables cooked through. Season with salt, soy sauce. Remove from pan, place mixture in bowl. Make egg rolls by placing egg roll wrapper on work surface, place vegetable mixture in wrapper and roll accordingly. To help make wrapper stay in place, dab water around edges. Fry in oil for 2 minutes on each side.
