Step 1
Fry the vegetables in some olive oil until they soften (i used frozen but you can use fresh too)
Step 2
Season with salt, pepper, soy sauce and hot sauce of choice
Step 3
Place rice paper in warm water to soften it
Step 4
Place shredded lettuce and veg mix inside the rice paper. Roll like a burrito and enjoy with some soy sauce
