130 grvegan butter
175 grsugar
275 grflour
300mlvegan milk
4 tablespoonscocoa powder
3 tablespoonsbaking powder
1 tablespoonlemon juice
1 tablespoonbaking soda

Step 1
Heat the oven to 180C. Mix dry ingredients together
Step 2
Add lemon juice into vegan milk and put it aside for 15 minutes
Step 3
Mix vegan milk with dry ingredients
Step 4
Prepare 2 cooking forms 20 centimeters in diameter. Divide the dough between forms
Step 5
Bake for 35-40 minutes. Then take out and let it cool down.
Frosting
Step 6
Melt the chocolate and let it cool down until warm
Step 7
Whip coconut cream
Step 8
Combine coconut cream and chocolate
Get things together
Step 9
Take 2 tablespoons of jam, mix it with 50 ml hot water and rum
Step 10
Pour half of mixture to each cake
Step 11
Put one peace of cake, cover with frosting
Step 12
Put second peace on top and cover all the cake with the rest of frosting
