Instructions
Step 1
Place fruit, sugar, lemon whiskey and tea in a large bowl and leave overnight.
Step 2
Add beaten eggs to soaked fruit. Combine dry ingredients and add to the above by folding gently. Pour mixture into loaf tin lined with baking paper.
Step 3
Place in the oven regulo 4 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Pour 2 tablepoons of whiskey over the hot, turned-out brack.
