For the marinade
1 Tbspavocado oil
0.5lime
Juice
½ tspcayenne pepper
1 tspgarlic powder
¼ tspsalt
optional
¼ tspblack pepper
¼ tspchipotle chili pepper powder
1 Tbspchicken bouillon powder
For pan searing
Instructions
Step 1
Turn oven on at 350 degrees
Step 2
Pat the chicken breast dry on both sides with a paper towel. Then Add all the listed spices for the marinade in the bowl and mix . Add the chicken and coat it in the marinade . Allow to marinate for 10-20 min
Step 3
Over medium heat add the oil to pan . Once it’s hot add the chicken breast and sear on both sides for 3 1/2-4 min . lower heat and the butter and baste .
Step 4
Turn off heat . And finish the chicken in the oven 8-10 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165 internal.
Step 5
Allow the chicken to rest before cutting into it . Serve with anything you would like & enjoy!
