Step 1
Brown the meat.
Step 2
Mix the rice vinegar, sesame oil, agave syrup or honey, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic in a bowl.
Step 3
When the meat is mostly cooked through, add in the cole slaw mix and the sauce. Cook until the vegetables are cooked down and tender.
Step 4
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve over rice.
