Instructions

Step 1
First tip the yoghurt into a small bowl, add the lemon juice and let it stand for 5 minutes. This will sour the yoghurt.
Step 2
Peel and finely slice the onion, then clean the mushrooms and break them up. Put both into a sauté pan or frying pan on a low heat with the oil. Add the mustard and paprika, and stir into the mixture. Cook on a low heat for 10 minutes to soften the onion and start to brown the mushrooms.
Step 3
Pour in the stock and turn the heat up to medium, stirring to mix. Allow to simmer on a medium heat for 10 minutes.
