Ingredients

3bananas
1egg
¼ cuplight butter
melted
½ cupsugar free granulated sweetener
¼ cupGreek yoghurt
1 tspvanilla extract
1 cupself raising flour
⅓ cupprotein powder
1 tspbaking powder
¼ tspsalt
For the cheesecake filling:
Instructions
Step 1
Mash bananas in a bowl. Then mix in egg, yoghurt, butter, sweetener and vanilla.
Step 2
Fold in the flour, protein powder, baking powder and salt until just combined. Set aside.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, whisk filling ingredients together until smooth (best when ingredients are all at room temp).
Step 4
Pour 1/2 the cake batter into a lined cake tin. Spread over the filling, top with remaining cake batter and swirl together.
Step 5
Bake for approx 50-60 mins at 180°C. Cool completely before slicing.
