Instructions

Step 1
Boil in salted water three minutes
Step 2
Rinse with cold water. Remove from shells
Step 3
Boil three minutes in 1:3 vinegar water
Step 4
Boil washed shells three minutes in water with baking soda two tablespoons
Step 5
Dry shells in oven
Step 6
Cook snails for ten mins 375ish in oven with garlic butter
