Ingredients

1 poundground chicken
turkey or protein of choice

¼ cuplow sodium soy sauce
or coconut aminos

2 tablespoonshoney

2 tablespoonscilantro
chopped

1 tablespoonolive oil

1onion
small, diced

1bell pepper
any color, chopped

carrot and broccoli slaw

1garlic clove
minced

1 teaspoonginger
minced

½ teaspoonred pepper flakes

¼ teaspoonpink himalayan salt
Instructions
Step 1
Combine soy sauce or coconut aminos, honey, and cilantro in a bowl and set aside.
Step 2
Using a large saute pan, cook the onion in 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the bell pepper and the slow bag and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add the garlic, ginger red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute then add the chicken or protein of choice to the pan and saute for an additional 7 minutes or until cooked through.
Step 5
Stir in the soy sauce mixture, salt and cook for 2 minute or until juices evaporate.
Step 6
Serve butter lettuce cups or in approved fiber wraps.
