Instructions

Step 1
Gently add poratoes zip lock bag, add oil, then salt and pepper. Close bag and mix the potatoes with the oil and salt and pepper by turning and rubbing the bag against the potato mixure.

Pour potatoes onto a rimmed baking sheet and bake for about 45 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit
Step 3
Potatoes are fine when skins are crisp and potatoes have shrunk down slightly in size
Step 4
Serve with butter and sour cream alongside a nice steak or other meat dish and green vegetables
