Instructions
Step 1
Chop all the vegetables and add to soup maker with garlic, spices, stock cube and nutritional yeast. In order to fit everything, it may be worth pulsing the blender a couple of times.
Step 2
Top off with water to the "max fill" line (ours is 1 litre, adjust the recipe accordingly).
Step 3
Set the soup maker to "Smooth" setting and autocook (approx. 35 mins).
Step 4
Serve with a dollop of double cream to stir in and a sprinkling of sea salt to taste.
