3 lbschicken breasts

2 cupschicken broth

540mlcanned white kidney beans

341mlcanned corn

1onion

127mlcanned green chiles

2 tspchili powder

½ tspsalt

4 ozcream cheese
room temperature

Instructions
Step 1
Wash and dry produce. Peel and finely chop onion. Drain beans and corn. Pat chicken dry with paper towels.
Step 2
Add chicken, chicken broth, beans, corn, onion, green chiles, chili powder, and salt to instant pot. Stir.
Step 3
Put the lid on, turn the valve to sealing, and select Manual or Pressure Cook. 10 minutes.
Step 4
Once done cooking, let pressure release. 10 minutes. While pressure releases, cut cream cheese into small pieces.
Step 5
Add cream cheese to instant pot. Stir until melted and smooth. Pull chicken apart.
Step 6
Divide chili between bowls. Serve with chips.
