Instructions
Step 1
In a blender add all of your frozen fruit and milk
frozen pineapple chunks½ cup
frozen mango chunks½ cup
frozen strawberries¾ cup
frozen peach chunks¾ cup
2 % milk⅓ cup
Step 2
Turn blender on low and start pushing fruit down towards the blades with your blender tamper

After 3 minutes of pushing the fruit down, add your honey
honey½ tablespoon
Step 4
After the honey is added, turn the blender back on and turn the speed to medium or high and continue to push the frozen fruit toward the bottom until there are no frozen chunks left
Step 5
When there are no frozen chunks left, stop the blender and scoop smoothie into a bowl
Step 6
Smooth out the top of your smoothie bowl with a spoon
Step 7
Slice a kiwi and add 1/4 cup of the sliced kiwi on top of your smoothie bowl
