Instructions

Step 1
Cut 1mm of green part of pear into matchsticks, set aside
Step 2
Slice pears, carrot, onion, garlic. Add to pan over lowish heat. Add oils. Shake occasionally.

Start cooking rice
Step 4
When veg gets nice and sweated down, add gochujang, stir semi regularly
Step 5
Fry meat on high temp Flip every minute 2 mins each side
Step 6
Rest meat Deglaze with mirin
Step 7
Slice meat then combine with veg
Step 8
Plate rice, meat and veg mix, top with pear matchsticks and sprinkle with gochugaru
