Cut 1mm of green part of pear into matchsticks, set aside

Slice pears, carrot, onion, garlic. Add to pan over lowish heat.
Add oils.
Shake occasionally.

Start cooking rice

When veg gets nice and sweated down, add gochujang, stir semi regularly

Fry meat on high temp
Flip every minute
2 mins each side
Step 6
Rest meat
Deglaze with mirin
Step 7
Slice meat then combine with veg
Step 8
Plate rice, meat and veg mix, top with pear matchsticks and sprinkle with gochugaru
