Instructions

Step 1
Cook sausages in frying pan, set aside.
Step 2
Put butter, onions, potatoes, carrots, and celery in a large soup pan and simmer until vegetables are soft, about 10 minutes.
Step 3
Add flour and let cook for 1 minute before adding chicken broth.
Step 4
Add sausage and simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Add kale, simmer 5 minutes and serve.
