Instructions

Step 1
Mash the cooked yam. Add flour, egg and salt. Make a dough.
Step 2
Roll pieces of dough into the shape of gnocchi.
Step 3
Add gnocchis in boiling water. Once they float, remove them.
Step 4
Sauté the gnocchi in a pan with a little oil.
