Instructions
Step 1
Add sesame oil to a large pot
Step 2
Saute the aromatics until fragrant
Step 3
Saute the vegetables until softened.
Step 4
Add chicken and broth and simmer until chicken is cooked through (10-15 minutes)
Step 5
Add creamed corn and corn and simmer another 10-15 minutes
Step 6
Add cornstarch slurry
Step 7
Beat eggs with a tablespoon of water
Step 8
Slowly add to soup while whisking
Step 9
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce to taste.
Step 10
Garnish with green onions
