Step 1
Toast the brioche bread until golden brown.
Step 2
Slice the avocado. Cut the passion fruit in half and scoop out the inner part. Chop the hazelnuts.

Spread one half with the cottage cheese

Sprinkle on the dill and chopped hazelnuts.

First place the avocado slices on top. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle on the olive oil. Then place the salmon slices on top.
