An easy sandwich for a quick lunch at home or in the office. This version is with salmon, rucola and goat cheese.

Instructions
Step 1
Cut the bread in half and spread some mayo on both sides.




Step 2
Place some rucola and tomato slices on the bottom side. Add the smoked salmon slices, some rucola and sprinkle with some dill. Ease down then some goat cheese.





Step 3
Add some other veggies on top and close your sandwich before warming it up for few minutes.
