Tomato, Avocado & White Bean Salad

Salads don't always have to have a lettuce base! This tomato and avocado salad with white beans keeps really well in the fridge for up to 1 week. Store it dressed with a vinaigrette and the flavor gets better as the week goes on!

Instructions

Step 1
