Instructions
Step 1
add yeast, sugar and water into a small bowl, give a lil mixy mix, set aside in warm spot to activate
Step 2
measure flour and salt in a separate bowl
Step 3
add the yeast mixture and the wet ingredients to the dry mix till combined
Step 4
tip: add more flour if sticky
Step 5
turn dough out on to a floured surface, and knead for 8-12 minutes
Step 6
set dough aside to proof in a warm spot for a minimum of an hour
Step 7
turn oven on to 200°C, make sure it's empty and that the top tray is in the middle
Step 8
turn bowl upside down onto a floured surface, cut into desired amount (2-3 pizzas) roll into balls
Step 9
select your first ball, set aside other balls in a warm spot
Step 10
stretch ball into desired shape, add toppings and bake for 16-20 minutes
