Ingredients

2Green chilli
whole
1onion
sliced
2Chicken breast
3 Tbsppeanut butter
sugar
to taste
1green onion
chopped
1 cupwater
Marinade
Instructions
For the chicken.
Step 1
Chop up your chicken breast into bite size pieces.
Step 2
In a bowl, add your oil, salt, and ginger garlic paste to the chicken and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Cover and let marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
For the curry
Step 4
Add the oil to a pan over medium-high heat.
Step 5
Add the chili (whole) and onion and sautee till slightly browned.
Step 6
Add the marinated chicken breast to the pan and cover until cooked.
Step 7
Add the peanut butter a tablespoon at a time, mixing to incorporate well. (If the peanut butter is unsweetened, add sugar to taste).
Step 8
Once the peanut butter is incorporated, pour in your water and mix well.
Step 9
Let the water simmer if you wish for it to thicken. If too thin after simmering, add more peanut butter. If too thick, add more water.
Step 10
Adjust the dish with salt and sugar to taste.
Step 11
Mix in your chopped green onion. Serve hot over rice.
