Instructions
Step 1
1. Mix together sauces, ketchup, honey and mustard. Add pork and marinade for 30 mins.

2. Melt butter and fry onion and meat (reserve marinade) until coloured

To microwave: Cook butter and onion covered for 3 minutes. Stir in meat (reserve marinade) and cook uncovered for 6 mins.
Step 4
3. Add stock and marinade, cover and simmer for 20 mins until pork is cooked.
Step 5
To microwave: Add stock and marinade and cook uncovered for 5 mins.
Step 6
4. Add vegetables and cook for 3 mins or until sauce has reduced.
Step 7
To microwave: Add vegetables and cook uncovered for 5 mins.
Step 8
5. Serve with boiled rice.
