3 lbsTop Sirloin Steak
Onions
Bell pepper
Green onions

4 Tbspolive oil
1 tspseasoning
1 tspblack pepper
1 Tbsponion powder
1 Tbspgarlic powder
1 Tbspchicken bouillon
or beef
1 Tbspminced garlic
1 Tbspginger paste
1 Tbspgarlic paste
1 tspsugar
3 Tbspsoy sauce
1 TbspWorcestershire sauce
1 Tbsprice vinegar
1 tspbaking soda
to help tenderize the meat

¼ cupbeef bouillon
2 Tbspsoy sauce
1 tspcornstarch
1 tspblack pepper
3 Tbspchili sauce
3 Tbsphoisin sauce
Instructions
Step 1
1. Wash the steak with lime and distilled vinegar, then pat dry completely.
Step 2
2. In a large bowl, combine all marinade ingredients. Pour over the steak and mix well. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for more flavor.
Step 3
3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil. Let the oil get hot, but not smoking.
Step 4
4. Cook the steak in batches so the meat browns nicely. Remove the cooked steak and set aside.
Step 5
5. Add the onions, bell peppers, and green onions to the skillet. Cook for about 3 minutes until slightly softened.
Step 6
6. Pour in the sauce mixture and stir well. Add the steak back to the pan and cook until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the meat.
Step 7
7. Remove from heat and serve over rice.
